- Issuance and Controlling of the material to maintenance against the proper Request. Maintaining Inventory Stock levels and coordinating with the Supply chain.
- Maintaining Stock accuracy by conducting the periodic stock check.
- Maintaining and Monitoring Storage area temperature and Humidity.
- Identify and record the type of material/component and allocate it to its designated location i.e. Petrol, oil, and rubber parts were stored in the proper location.
- Record and Monitor the Shelf life and Storage life of the material/component and prioritize material issues based on its expiry/shelf life.
- Ensure No expired Parts/Components are Available and remove the same on their Due date. Disposal of the Shelf life/Storage life expired Parts are per organization/Regulation procedure. Prioritize issuance for Parts without shelf-life/storage life based on FIFO (first in, first out).
- Receiving material/component into stock from Approved vendor/Manufacturer against Proper Purchase order.
- Ensured accurate documentation of all incoming materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders and communicating discrepancies to relevant parties.
- Requisitioned, expedited, tracked, received, stocked, and inspected parts and equipment needed to keep aircraft functional, maintaining responsibility
- Follow up with Supply chain/ procurement for the parts when inventory level reaches its Reorder/Min/Nil stock.
- Mentored junior staff members, helping them develop their skills.
