Currently working with YAMAHA Outboard engines. Proficient in the installation/rigging,engine overhaul and diagnosis.

Ø Very strong knowledge and working experience in Cummins Diesel engines and Stamford alternators.

Ø In-depth understanding and knowledge of the working principle of Batteries, Control panels, and PCC assembly.

Ø Strong in troubleshooting and calibrating the Engine Control Unit (ECU) using the Cummins INSITE service tool.

Ø Experience in calibrating and fault finding based on Power Command Control (PCC) using Cummins InPower Pro service tool.

Ø Field hands-on experience in Cummins Integrated System B series (ISB) engine with BSIV Emission controlled using EGR and SCR system.

Ø Good working experience in types of Sensors, Safety, relay, and wiring harnesses.

Ø Strong communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving organizational activities.

Ø Good experience in major overhauling, top overhauling, and service maintenance of Cummins diesel engines.

Ø Providing Failure Investigation Report on Product, Based on Failure Mode Effective Analysis.

Ø Providing OEM support for all Engine customers like Tata Hitachi, Atlas Copco, and Doosan.

Ø Commissioning of Gensets and AMF panels.
