Shifana Ibrahim

In 2016, I became a memeber of the Senior Management Team at Aminiya School. My primary responsibilities involve the supervision and management of science subjects embedded in the curriculum. Additionally, I am tasked with coordinating communication and collaboration with parents of the assigned grade under my purview. Furthermore, I hold the role of being in charge of the Chess Club, organizing and supervising Science Fairs, as well as managing staff social events within the school.

• I completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program for life skills and subsequently served as the life skills facilitator. In this role, I conducted life skills programs for all senior-grade students within the school

I held the position of Incharge teacher for the Girl Guide activities, collaborating closely with the facilitator from the Girl Guide Association to oversee and facilitate the Girl Guide movements within the school.

• Worked as an official member of election team - election 2009, in Maldives.

• I collaborated with students participating in the Inter-House events and coordinated effectively with both students and parents to ensure the seamless execution of the events.

• I commenced employment at Aminiya School as a certified Chemistry teacher. My primary responsibilities include preparing students for the GCE O' level and IGCSE syllabi in Chemistry

• While doing the teaching degree program, I conducted lessons at a private tuition center with the aim of enhancing my teaching abilities and providing targeted assistance to students requiring specific educational support.

• During the occurrence of the tsunami, I seized the opportunity to teach Chemistry to the students of GA. Villingili.

• I have assisted the Science teacher during class sessions to actively involve students in the learning process. Additionally, I took the lead in organizing the Science fair projects for middle school students.

• I have obtained a second Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

• I have achieved a Master's degree in Education, focusing on educational leadership, with my thesis centered around this field of study.

• I have attained my undergraduate degree in Secondary Education, specializing in the teaching of Chemistry and Biology.

• I have completed A' level in the subject , Chemistry..

• I have successfully completed my secondary education with a focus on Science stream subjects.
