I was the LEADER of the scout team in college. I learnt how to deal with my leaders while being a member. Then, when I became the leader, I learnt how to manage the team, delegate authority and distribute tasks efficiently. This also gave me the capability of public speaking and enhanced my presentation skills.
I was the coordinator of the ER roster in the hospital where I worked in Egypt. So, I was the leader of the doctors' team. As well as I was also able to manage the medical team in the ER during the hectic shifts.
