• Deploying officers in their respective posts & rotate posts.
• Writing reports and forwarding to the Security manager any loss, damage, and theft that occur during my shift.
• Check any blockage at all fire exit doors at the hotel premises.
• Patrolling.
• Conduct briefing to the next handover supervisor.
• Supervise other Security Officers and conduct briefings for them
• Assign duties as per the instructions from Security Manager
• Prepare duty roster and conduct departmental orientation for new employees
• Check the property daily for any damage or incidents
• Guard entrances and exits and submit reports to the Lobby Manager daily
• Monitor designated areas on the closed CCTV
• Ensure that 'Fire Exit' doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety equipment are in their right places
• Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.

• Securing the property of the resort and the life of the Hotel.
• Duties at the time office, screening of IN/OUT staff and visitors.
• Check the movement of materials moving IN and OUT of hotel property with Gate passes and its proper filing and reviewing in case of return items.
• Posse's knowledge of hotel emergency evacuation procedures during Fire or Bomb threat emergencies.
• Posse's good communication skills over wireless, Telephone, and Intercom circuits.
• Making a conscious checking of all the fire that exists, an emergency exists, firefighting equipment, etc.
• Entering log notes regarding the verification of all safety things.
• If any outside contractors or visitors came to the hotel, verify them physically before entering the premises of the hotel.
• Controlling and disturbing all the major keys and entering into the main key register logbook.
