• Each day with ward rounds across Paedatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), pediatric inpatient wards, Neonatal ICU, isolation units, and Emergency department.
• Managed a wide range of pediatric and neonatal conditions, balancing acute emergency care with long-term follow-up for chronic illnesses.
• Conducted daily pediatric and neonatal outpatient clinics, and I coordinated air ambulance transfers for critically ill neonates and children requiring sub specialty or surgical care , ensured meticulous stabilization before transfer ,Closely monitored patients during flights, leading to safe arrivals in good condition.

• Patient Care :
  - Managed neonates including premature babies and critically ill newborns. in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), special care baby unit (SCBU), and transitional care.
  - supporting families during hospitalization.
  - Conducting daily ward rounds with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
  - Assessing and diagnosing medical conditions in newborns and formulating appropriate treatment plans.
  - Discharge planning for babies with complex medical and social needs involves liaising with multiple teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and community services, to ensure all medical, social, and safety needs are met at home.
  
• Emergency Care:
  - Responded to neonatal emergencies and providing acute resuscitation and stabilization.
  - Performed procedures such as intubation, chest tube, chest cannula, umbilical catheterisation and central venous line insertion.
