  • During my pediatric training and career, I have consistently taken on leadership roles. I led the pediatric on-call teams and coordinated emergency admissions in neonatal units. I organized departmental teaching schedules and supervised junior doctors during ward rounds . motivational skills.
  • I also led rural medical convoys to underserved areas such as Abu Simbel and participated in public vaccination campaigns.
