  • Ensure and maintain cleanliness, services and product quality standards of guest villas, public spaces, restrooms in accordance with company health, sanitation and safety standards and regulations

  • Supervise proper care and use of equipment, linen lockers and tricycles, cleaning and guest villa supplies
  • Ensure that all fire and safety regulations are adhered to duly inspected and reported
  • Conduct training including induction, product knowledge and housekeeping brand standards
  • Ensuring the villas are snagged properly when released by maintenance team and preparing the villa with all the items and deep cleaning.
