I was privileged to be a private butler for the residences and learned the private butler service. Apart from regular butler roles, Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the villa was done to solidify the connection between the butlers and the guests.

With the help of the important training received at JW Marriott, I gained the experience of looking after highly valued guests with higher expectations. Working without a receptionist enhanced my skills in opera cashiering and other necessary paper works required for daily operations.

Gained knowledge of butler service within this time frame. Preparing for guest's arrivals and attending to every request during this time. the best part was that it offered something new to learn every day. this role boosted my time management and pressure handling.

Throughout my first entry to the hospitality, I was privileged to learn the dynamic service of food and beverage. Including special arrangements indoors and outdoors. Styles and types of restaurant services including silver service and Barbecue churrascaria service.
