Promoted to Chief Engineer (HOD)

• Responsible for leading, developing and managing the entire engineering team of 30 members.
• In-charge of the engineering department in the absence of Chief Engineer.
  
• Preparing Manning , CapEx and OpEx budget for the department.
• Looking after all the assets mainly Generators, RO plants ,Out board engines, buggies and vessels , in-house servicing except for Major Overhaul.
• Schedule Preventive maintenance plans for villas and assets.

Resort management changed to Accor hotels. but all the responsibilities as Technical supervisor are been  carried forward. 

• Lead a multi cultural team of 18 colleagues (electrical, mechanical and civil).
  
• Provided training and coaching assistant to the team members.
  

• Assisted management in directing daily activities of the engineering department.

• Performed major repair personally and at the same time offered direction to technicians.

• Scheduled maintenance work according to the breaks.

• To carry out repairs, maintenance of Generators, RO plant and other equipment.

Joined Moofushi to get to know the industry from scratch and to look for opportunities in the industry. Main objective of joining is to get an overall exposure of Resort Engineering Field.

Afish, is raw fish exporting and freezing company based in Addu City, equipped with state of the art facilities.

Duties:

• Confer with engineers and other workforce to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

• Identify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make endorsements to maintenance team.

• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
